AND/BOOK - Why does my eOrder Revision says it's cancelled? Follow
Whenever you have an eOrder that began as a solo Streaming buy, the first Revision received will encounter this error "An eOrder was successfully received but does not meet NCC Business rules: ProcessCampaign: The order has been cancelled and cannot be modified." This is due to the nature of how Streaming eOrders are booked with the One-Click workflow engaged behind the scenes.
To resolve the issue, please submit a ticket with the Streaming Order# and screenshot of error:
- Platform Support team will reject the errored Revision back to the buyer & have Engineering update the status in the Database back to "New."
- Platform Support team will notify you once complete & have you ask the buyer to resend.
- Revision will appear in BOOK queue to be processed as expected.
Once processed, an Agency Confirmation will trigger automatically and your eOrder will be back in an active status.
