If an agency buyer that uses Strata/SBMS/AEInbox/Eleven/Freewheel is having a difficult time sending Ampersand users an eOrder, first the buyer will want to see if "NCC" is an available selection under Seller. Once NCC is chosen, they will have the option to choose "Office" then "AE".
