For reference, attached is the agreed upon process between Ampersand and our Agency’s Stewardships when determining solutions for missing Syscodes™ and/or Network code information.
If a Syscode™ or Network code is listed in our CableTrack© database, this means the Agency’s Stewardship has received this information in their weekly file. If an Agency Buyer reaches out to you stating missing information (Syscode™ or Network), please use a version of the following:
“Thanks for letting me know. Once Ampersand sends the weekly CableTrack information to insert stewardship name here , the management of that information resides with insert stewardship name here & their contact within insert agency name here. Could you please try reaching out internally to the person who manages your stewardship relationship? They should be able to help make sure your system and network lists are up to date with the correct information for us to move forward on this order. If you are unsure of who that person is, you can also try reaching out to your stewardship support & they can assist as well.
If you’re unsure of the Agency’s stewardship assignment, you can check the list here or just simply say your stewardship support.
ALSO, IT'S IMPORTANT TO NOTE, THE AGENCY BUYER CAN ADD IN A NETWORK CODE THEMSELVES. THE ONLY FIELD THEY CANNOT MANIPULATE IS THE SYSCODE. THAT HAS TO COME FROM THE FILE.
