All email notices related to eOrders is only sent to the AE assigned to that order. In order to keep your CM looped into these notices, the AE must setup an Outlook Rule to forward the notice to them.

- Click on 'Apply rule on messages I receive' --> Next
- Check box for 'from people or public group' --> click on 'from people or public group' in bottom section of Rules Wizard and add no-reply@ampersand.tv to the 'From' field --> Ok --> Next
- Check box for 'forward it to people or public group as an attachment' --> click on 'people or public group' in bottom section of Rules Wizard and add your CM(s) to the 'To' field --> Ok --> Next --> Next
- Specify a name for this rule (i.e. eOrders) --> check box for 'Run this rule now on messages already in inbox' --> Finish
- Outlook will automatically run this rule & forward any emails you have in your inbox from no-reply@ampersand.tv to the CM(s) you selected. When the rule finishes processing, click Apply --> Ok
