AND/Opportunities - Why can't I find my opportunity to attach to my WIP, Order, or Container? Follow
Always make sure all fields have been cleared except the Opportunity number & Flight dates. If still unable to find it, follow these steps:
Step 1: Find Opportunity in Salesforce and confirm it's status.
Step 2: If your Opportunity is set to Closed(Lost), change status to Pending (by selecting it in the bar) and Save.
Note: Once an Opportunity has been closed in Salesforce, only Closed(Won) can be found and linked in AND.
Step 3: Once Opportunity is in Pending status, return to AND and search by the Opportunity number.
Note: Reset to Closed(Lost) in Salesforce, when applicable.
After following the steps above, if still unable to find your Opportunity in AND please submit an AND Platform Ticket form for additional assistance.
- Make sure to include the following in your ticket submission:

- WIP#, Order#, or Container# you are trying to Attach the Opportunity to
- Opportunity# & Name
- Screenshot of Opportunity in Salesforce (make sure the screenshot shows the Opportunity name, Flight Dates, and Status)
