AND/Scheduler - How do I append an SCX if I'm receiving a "does not match GEO" error? Follow
Step 1: Check what GEO is on your WIP in the Order Header > Conditions of Sale (COS) tab.
Step 2: Upload the SCX into CREATE & launch into Scheduler.
Step 3: Update the GEO for the SCX to match the GEO on your WIP & Save.
Step 4: Export new SCX.
Step 5: Lastly, append your new SCX into WIP.
If you try the above and are unsuccessful, please submit a ticket & Platform Support team will assist as soon as possible.
