Okta on Iphone 403 error Follow
WIFI:
-On your iPhone go to settings, WIFI, click the "i" next to your Wi-Fi name.
Then untick where it says, "Limit IP Address Tracking", so that it’s not green.
Cellular:
-In settings choose Cellular, then Cellular Data Options.
Untick the “Limit IP Address Tracking”, so that it’s not green.
Keyboard:
-On the iPhone, turn off “Smart Punctuation” by navigating to Settings > General > Keyboard > Smart Punctuation.
(Optional) If still an issue:
Disable the Private Relay option on iOS mobile devices by following the steps below:
- Open Settings.
- Tap on your name at the top of the screen.
- Choose iCloud.
- Now tap on Private Relay.
- Tap to turn off Private Relay.
- Click on Turn off Private Relay to confirm.
- Click on OK.
NOTE: If the Private Relay setting is not visible under iCloud, this may indicate that the feature is unavailable due to the absence of an iCloud+ subscription, regional restrictions, or device management configurations. In such cases, further assistance should be required from Apple Support, as this issue is outside the scope of Okta Support.
