Scheduler - How to set Active Flight Days Follow
Scenario:
Buyer sends over a request for specific days within in a week, for example:
4/15-4/30; M-Su, M-Su, M-Tu
5/16-5/31; Th-Su, M-Su, M-F
6/17-6/30; M-Su, M-Su
Creating a schedule in any application using specific days in a week can be painful, we have made it a little easier in Optix with the Active Flight Days indicator in the scheduler.
Active Flight Days can be added to any schedule in Optix, but will only save for future use on WIPs.
In the Optix scheduler select "Active Days" from the toolbar, the Active Flight Days window will display with all weeks and the days of the week. Uncheck the days of the week that are inactive for the flight week. Click Apply
Scheduler will highlight invalid spots red; once spots are removed from the invalid week the highlight will clear.
- Active flight days can be modified in any schedule by selecting Active Days from the toolbar.
- You will not be prevented from adding spots to the invalid week.
- Spots added to invalid week will highlight in red and hover text will note Inactive Days.
- Active Flight Days is a convenience feature for use on WIPs. They do not save on orders but can be used as a reference.
