Scheduler allows up to 5 demos to be added to any schedule.  Demos can be added during the Create workflow or within the Header via the Details tab.  

• Adding during Create workflow, during step 3 - Audience, first choose the Primary Demo and then select up to four additional demos.  Change the position of demos with the drag and drop function, as well as the ability to delete demos.

• Adding from Header, under Details tab, a max of five demos can be included. Change the position of demos with the drag and drop function, as well as the ability to delete demos.

NOTE:  Demo position is determined by selection order; and can be changed with a simple click, drag & drop function.
