Objective:  Book New eOrders in the enhanced OPTIX platform & send change to agency prior to transmit

 Getting Started:  Follow the process for booking orders from the Optix book queue.

  Step 1:  Click Process then follow workflow prompts:

 Details That Require Your Attention must be completed to continue with the booking process

• • Select Sales Coordinator
  • Select Survey Book
  • View Conditions of Sale: these are pre-populated per Agency defaults
    • Add COS settings for Agencies that don’t have defaults
• Click Next to open order in Scheduler

 Step 2:  View Scheduler and Send Makegood

 Lines that need to be changed prior to transmitting will be outlined in red, hover text will indicate what the issue is.

 Revise order in Scheduler as needed

• Save as Order – Only Saved Drafts can be sent as Makegood Offers
• Send order change to Agency  * Note if this is a multi syscode order, only select the syscodes with changes.

  Things to know:

 Transmitting the schedule without sending a makegood may result in the order being out of sync with the agency.

Syscocdes not sent as "makegood" will need to be transmitted after the buyer approves the offer.
