Incremental Reach: iSpot Airings Report
- iSpot Use: National ad occurrence data – For Incremental Reach requests, we combine iSpot airings data with viewership data to identify which HHs were un/underexposed to Brand ads

- Inputs needed to pull reporting: (Provided via Zendesk Incremental Reach ticket submission):
- Brand Name
- Exposure period
- Zendesk ticket indicates if all creative should be included or if Sales will be selecting a custom list:
Steps to Pull Reporting:
- Login credentials have been issued to the team. Please reach out to Amy Keckich for any login needs
- At the search bar, type in Brand provided in ticket request and Select Brands
- Select Airings under Media Measurement
- Select Filter. Enter exposure dates provided via Zendesk ticket and select Apply
- Select Download Data
- Download csv file and check the following columns
- National Liner Impressions:
- Minimum of 500 MM impressions recommended over entire exposure period
- Air Date Time ET:
- Spot air dates should align with exposure period. For example, if Q1’21 is selected as the exposure period and spots only ran from 2/1/21 – 3/15/21, then exposure dates should be revised to align with spot air dates. 2/1/21-3/15/21 would be the updated exposure period
- Send iSpot export to Sales if a custom list should be included in the analysis (per iSpot creative selection indicated via Zendesk submission). Create pivot table to include ad title and National Linear Impressions. Once Sales confirms selected creative, remove any unwanted spot rows.
- Attach final confirmed creative list to Zendesk ticket. Include full airings data (1 tab only)
