Looking up Program names, Episodes, and Start & End Times to avoid RNO Credits

For any spot that aired on a National Network:

1. Go to:  National Nielsen Dashboard
2. Select one or multiple:  Date, Market, Network
3. Grid will display Episodes, Program Names, and Start & End Times (when provided by Nielsen)

*What information does Nielsen Dashboard provide?

• Episodes, Program Names, and Start & End Times
• National Networks only (based on carriage)
• No Ratings!
• Programs are based on what aired – what programmers reported to Nielsen
• Data is pulled into the dashboard daily, with ~2 day lag

For any spot that aired in Regional Sports:

1. Go to:  Sports Tracks
2. Top section, select DMA, Category, Season, Quarter
3. Bottom section, drill down to Network, Season, Date to see Team Names and the program start & end times

*What information does Sports Track Provide?

• Program Names, episodes, and start & end times for sports programming
• Updated manually
• High Profile programs are available within days
• For regular season programs, Sports Track is updated monthly
  

NOTE:  If you cannot find the program at the time it should be available, submit a ticket sharing your experience. Please only submit a ticket if you cannot find your spot in National Nielsen Dashboard or Sports Track.
